Materials and craftsmanship.
1. Base material type – Standard: Q235B (high versatility, excellent weldability).
– High-strength option: Q355B (increased load-bearing and bending resistance).
2. Galvanization process – mainstream: hot-dip galvanization (hot-galvanizing).
– Zinc layer weight: ≥ 300 to 550 g/m²
– Zinc layer thickness: approximately 45 to 80 μm.
– Surface: Silver gray, uniformly dense, fully coated on both inner and outer walls, highly resistant to rust.
3. Forming Process
Steel strip unwinding → cold bending forming → high-frequency seam welding → trimming → pickling and rust removal → hot-dip galvanizing → straightening → inspection and packaging.
