Materials and craftsmanship.
1. Base material type – Common: Q235B (general structural use, good weldability).
– Optional: Q355B (higher strength, greater load-bearing capacity)
2. Galvanization process – mainstream: hot-dip galvanization (hot-galvanizing).
– Quality of the zinc coating: ≥ 300 to 500 g/m²
– Zinc layer thickness: approximately 45 to 75 μm.
– Surface: Silver gray, uniform and dense, resistant to rust and corrosion.
3. Forming Process
Steel strip cold bending forming → high-frequency seam welding → deburring → acid washing → hot-dip galvanizing → cooling and finishing.
