Basic dimension parameters.
1. Nominal outer diameter: D = 20 mm (non-standard small pipe; conventional national standard DN15 is 21.3 mm; this is a thin-walled welded pipe specifically designed for decoration/cable routing).
2. Standard wall thickness: t = 2.0 mm. Allowable negative tolerance ≤ 0.1 mm. The actual measured wall thickness of ≥ 1.9 mm is acceptable.
3. Standard measurement length: 6 meters/piece (custom lengths of 3 meters, 4 meters, and 9 meters are also available).
4. Pipe type: high-frequency seamless welded pipe, available in hot-dip galvanized and electroplated zinc coatings.
5. Applicable nominal diameter: Equivalent to DN15 (4-inch pipe, compatible with DN15 fittings).

– Zinc coating thickness ≥ 65μm, resistant to rainwater and soil corrosion, rust-proof lifespan of 8–15 years.
– Applications: small irrigation hoses, outdoor guardrails, equipment support structures, low-pressure gas piping, small spray branch pipes.
– Fabrication: Can be threaded, welded, or bent. Any damaged areas need to be coated with a zinc-rich paint for repair.
