Shipping Policy

We arrange shipment after receiving full payment or deposit as agreed.
Delivery time depends on stock status and production schedule, which will be confirmed before order.
Shipping method: sea freight / air freight as negotiated.
Buyer is responsible for freight, insurance, import duty and local clearance cost unless stated otherwise.
We will provide tracking documents (bill of lading, packing list, invoice) once goods are shipped.

Refund Policy

Refund is only available upon mutual written agreement between both parties.
If we cannot deliver goods as contracted, refund will be processed after we confirm the situation.
Bank transfer charges generated from refund shall be borne by buyer unless our fault.
No automatic refund without our confirmation.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

This is custom metal product, order cannot be cancelled after production starts.
Return or exchange is only acceptable if there is quality defect proved by inspection report within agreed time.
Buyer shall inform us of any quality issue within 7 working days after receiving goods.
We do not accept return for buyer’s wrong order, size mistake or market price change.
