Galvanizing process and coating layer.
– Process: Hot-dip galvanizing. The zinc temperature is around 450°C. The zinc-iron alloy layer is firmly bonded.
– Coating thickness: Typically 85–120 μm, for buried applications with heavy corrosion protection, it can be up to 150 μm or more.
– Appearance: Silver gray color, uniform coating, no gaps, flaking, or bulges.
