Drive part

Cylinder: Provides the power source for valve opening and closing, and pushes the piston rod to move through air pressure.

Piston rod: Transmits the thrust from the cylinder, directly driving the gate plate to complete the opening and closing action.

Yoke head: Connects the piston rod and the gate plate, ensuring the stability of the movement direction.

Sealing and execution part

Gate plate (Disc): The core component for opening and closing, achieving the on-off of the medium through linear movement.

Packing + Packing Gland + Backing: Form the packing seal system, preventing the leakage of the medium from the valve stem.

Seal strip: Installed between the gate plate and the valve body, ensuring the sealing performance when the valve is closed.

Support and guidance part

Guide bearing: Provides guidance and support for the gate plate, reduces motion friction, and ensures smooth operation.

Cover: Protects the internal structure, and is convenient for maintenance and repair.

Valve body: The main frame of the valve, bearing all components and connecting to the pipeline.

驱动部分

气缸（Cylinder）：提供阀门启闭的动力源，通过气压推动活塞杆运动。

活塞杆（Piston rod）：传递气缸推力，直接带动闸板完成开关动作。

支架头（Yoke head）：连接活塞杆与闸板，保证运动方向稳定。

密封与执行部分

闸板（Disc）：核心启闭件，通过直线运动实现介质的通断。

填料（Packing）+ 压条（Packing Gland）+ 压盖（Backing）：组成填料密封系统，防止介质从阀杆处泄漏。

导轨轴承（Guide bearing）：为闸板提供导向和支撑，减少运动摩擦，保证动作平稳。
