Structure and Characteristics

Main Structure: A portal frame system is adopted. The steel columns and steel beams are painted green. The roof is made of color steel profile panels and equipped with light distribution strips to ensure internal lighting.

Lifting System: Multiple orange bridge cranes (cranes) are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the factory building, enabling the lifting and transportation of heavy materials. It is the core configuration of a heavy industrial factory.

Foundation and Ground: The bottom of the steel columns is a concrete independent foundation. The ground is in a state of compacted soil, and it is in the stage of waiting for construction or use.

Space Layout: The internal space is spacious, with no obvious internal columns. The large-span design can meet the operation requirements of large equipment and heavy materials.

结构与特征

主体结构：采用门式刚架体系，钢柱与钢梁为绿色涂装，屋面采用彩钢压型板并设置采光带，保证内部采光。

起重系统：沿厂房纵向布置了多台橙色桥式起重机（天车），可实现重型物料的吊装与转运，是重型工业厂房的核心配置。

基础与地面：钢柱底部为混凝土独立基础，地面为素土夯实状态，处于待施工或待使用阶段。

空间布局：内部空间开阔，无明显内柱，大跨度设计可满足大型设备和重型物料的作业需求。
