Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of confirmation, and shipping timelines vary based on location and order size.
Local Deliveries (UAE): 2–5 business days.
International Deliveries: 7–14 business days, depending on customs and carrier availability.
Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
All deliveries are subject to carrier terms and conditions. For bulk orders, Falcon Steel will coordinate directly with clients to confirm freight arrangements and delivery schedules.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of steel and metal trading, Falcon Steel Commercial Brokers L.L.C only accepts refund requests under specific circumstances:
Incorrect or damaged products received.
Order cancellation prior to dispatch.
Verified quality discrepancies with approved documentation.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as credit for future purchases within 10–15 working days.
Refunds are not applicable for customized, cut-to-size, or special-order materials.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Falcon Steel Commercial Brokers L.L.C directly via the customer dashboard or email.
Once materials have been dispatched or processed for cutting, cancellation will not be possible.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases where:
Products are defective or damaged upon delivery.
The wrong product or specification was supplied.
Requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery and supported with photographic evidence or inspection report.
Returned goods must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Falcon Steel reserves the right to inspect and verify all return claims before approval.
