Production process and galvanized coating.

1. Process Type: Pre-galvanized tubular round pipe (high-frequency seamless welded pipe).

Steel strip pre-treated with hot galvanization → Roll forming → High-frequency welding → Cutting to specified lengths.

2. Thickness of the zinc layer: 25–40μm. The surface is shiny and uniform, with smooth weld seams free of burrs.

3. Corrosion resistance: Suitable for indoor, dry outdoor conditions, and mild exposure to sunlight and rain. Not suitable for coastal environments with salt fog or prolonged immersion.
