Materials and craftsmanship.

 

1. Base material: Q235B carbon steel, seamless high-frequency welded pipes; some can be made into seamless galvanized pipes.

2. Galvanization method: hot-dip galvanization, uniform coating on both inner and outer surfaces, excellent corrosion resistance.

3. Zinc coating standard: zinc coating weight ≥ 500 g/m², thickness 75–120 μm, suitable for underground use for 15–25 years.

4. Tolerances: Outer diameter ±1%, wall thickness ±10%, sufficient thickness according to national standards from major manufacturers.
