Material and galvanization process.
1. Material of the substrate.
– Standard: Q235B carbon structural steel. High value for money, easy to weld and process, and highly versatile in the market.
– Heavy load scenarios: Q355B low alloy high-strength steel, with higher yield strength, suitable for large-scale steel structures and heavy support frames.
2. Galvanization requirements.
– Process: Hot-Dip Galvanized. Cold-Dip Galvanized is strictly prohibited.
– Zinc layer thickness: average ≥85μm, localized ≥65μm; resistant to intense ultraviolet radiation, high temperatures, and salt fog corrosion.
– Implementation standard: GB/T 13912-2020
– Surface: The zinc coating is uniform, shiny, and free of any gaps, flaking, lumps, or burrs.
