Material and galvanization process.
1. Material of the substrate.
– Mainstream: Q235B carbon structural steel. High value for money, excellent performance in welding and drilling, and highly versatile in the market.
– Heavy load/coastal: Q355B low-alloy high-strength steel, with higher yield strength and enhanced wind resistance and compression resistance.
2. Galvanization requirements.
– Process: Hot-Dip Galvanized. Cold-Dip Galvanized is strictly prohibited.
– Zinc layer thickness: average ≥85μm, localized ≥65μm, capable of withstanding intense ultraviolet radiation, high temperatures, humid conditions during rainy seasons, and coastal salt fog.
– Implementation standard: GB/T 13912-2020
– Surface quality: The zinc coating is uniform, silver-colored, and free of gaps, flaking, bulges, or burrs.
