Structure and Characteristics

Main Structure: Composed of steel beams, floor decking (profiled steel plates) and reinforced steel trusses, forming a “steel – concrete composite floor” system.

Floor Decking: Made of galvanized profiled steel plates, it serves as both the formwork during construction and the load-bearing reinforcement during use, working together with the concrete.

Support System: The steel beams are the main load-bearing components. The floor decking is laid on the steel beams and is firmly connected to the steel beams through fastening elements such as bolts.

Space Layout: The interior space is spacious with no obvious internal columns, making it suitable for use as floor slabs for buildings such as office buildings, shopping malls, and factories.

结构与特征

主体结构：由钢梁、楼承板（压型钢板）和钢筋桁架组成，形成 “钢 – 混凝土组合楼板” 体系。

楼承板：采用镀锌压型钢板，既作为施工阶段的模板，又作为使用阶段的受力钢筋，与混凝土共同工作。

支撑体系：钢梁作为主要承重构件，楼承板铺设在钢梁上，通过栓钉等连接件与钢梁牢固结合。

空间布局：内部空间开阔，无明显内柱，适合作为办公楼、商场、厂房等建筑的楼板。
