The functions and advantages of the DVL liquid ring vacuum pump
The DVL series liquid ring vacuum pumps are products developed by our factory based on years of production experience and combined with advanced technologies of similar international products. They are typically used for extracting gases to create a vacuum in sealed containers. They are widely used in industries such as chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, metallurgy, packaging, power, and electronics.
This series of liquid ring pumps adopts a single-stage single-acting structural form, featuring simple structure, convenient maintenance, reliable operation, high efficiency, and energy conservation. They operate based on the principle of water ring. The impeller is eccentrically installed inside the pump body. After the pump is started, the working fluid forms a concentric liquid ring in the pump body. The impeller transmits power to the liquid ring. The liquid ring pulsates periodically between the impeller blades. During the pulsation, gas is sucked in from the circular disk suction port and is compressed and then discharged from the circular disk exhaust port.
Main features:
◆ Direct connection design of the motor, saving space, easy installation, and convenient maintenance.
◆ All adopt mechanical seals as standard configuration.
◆ All have cavitation protection pipe interfaces, which can maximize the suction effect while eliminating cavitation noise and protecting the pump.
◆ The entire series is standardly equipped with stainless steel impellers. This improves the pump’s corrosion resistance, has high strength, and is durable. The flow components can all be made of stainless steel, enabling operation in more demanding environments.
◆ The unique flexible exhaust port design does not cause over-compression, ensuring the best efficiency within its performance range.
DVL液环真空泵的功能和优势
DVL系列液环真空泵是我厂在多年生产经验的基础上,结合国际同类产品先进技术,研制开发的产品。通常用于抽吸气体,以便在密闭容器中形成真空。广泛用于化工、石化、制药、食品、冶金、包装、电力、电子等行业。
本系列液环泵采用单级单作用的结构形式,具有结构简单,维修方便,运行可靠,高效节能的优点。依据水环原理工作,叶轮偏心安装于泵体内,泵启动后,工作液在泵体内形成一与泵体同心的液环叶轮将功率传递给液环。液环在叶轮片间周期性脉动,脉动时,气体自圆盘吸入口吸入,在经压缩自圆盘排气口排出。
主要特点:
◆电机直联设计,节省空间,易于安装,维修方便。
◆全部采用机械密封作为标准配置。
◆全部设有汽蚀保护管接口,可最大限度保证吸气效果的情况下消除汽蚀声,并对泵进行保护。
◆全系列标准配备不锈钢叶轮。提高了泵的耐腐蚀性,强度高,经久耐用。过流部件可全部采用不锈钢材质,可工作在更为苛刻的环境中。
◆独特的柔性排气口设计,不会产生过压缩,确保了在其性能范围内效率最佳。
