The functions and advantages of the DVE liquid ring vacuum pump
The DVE series liquid ring vacuum pump is mainly composed of a circular pump body, eccentrically installed impellers, discs, and end covers, etc. Through the rotation of the impellers, a liquid ring is formed in the elliptical pump body (at this time, the working fluid simultaneously serves as the sealing medium, compression medium, and cooling medium. There is no wear and no need for lubrication). Because the impeller is eccentric relative to the rotating liquid ring, the liquid moves back and forth in the space between the impellers like a piston in a cylinder, exerting suction and compression effects on the pumped medium. During the suction stage, the liquid ring gradually moves away from the hub, drawing the pumped medium (gas) axially from the suction port. During the exhaust stage, the liquid ring gradually approaches the hub, discharging the pumped medium (gas) axially from the exhaust port, thus achieving the purpose of extracting vacuum. Additionally, the liquid pipeline connected externally to the pump body continuously injects supplementary liquid to replenish the liquid carried away by the discharged gas.
The exhaust system of the DVE series liquid ring vacuum pump adopts a unique polytetrafluoroethylene valve plate structure. The valve plate covers the exhaust holes on the outer side of the flat disc and is positioned by the stainless steel baffle on the other side. This valve plate changes its bending degree according to the change of the inlet vacuum degree, allowing the pumped medium to be discharged outside the pump when it reaches the inlet vacuum degree. This structure avoids over-compression in the vacuum system, can automatically adjust the exhaust area to reduce energy consumption, and thus achieve the best operating efficiency.
DVE液环真空泵的功能和优势
DVE系列液环真空泵主要由圆形泵体、偏心安装的叶轮、圆盘及端盖等部件组成。通过叶轮的旋转在椭圆形泵体内形成一个液环(此时工作液同时起密封介质,压缩介质和冷却介质三种作用,没有磨损也勿需润滑)。因为叶轮相对于旋转的液环是偏心的,因此液体在叶轮之间的空间往复运动就像活塞在气缸中的运动一样,对泵送介质产生抽吸和压缩的作用。在吸气阶段,液环逐渐远离轮毂将泵送介质(气体)沿轴向从吸气口吸入。在排气阶段液环逐渐逼近轮毂,将泵送介质(气体)沿轴向从排气口排出,从而起到抽取真空的作用。另外,由泵体外接的液体管道,源源不断的注入补充液用以补充被排出的气体带走的液体。
DVE系列液环真空泵的排气系统采用独特的聚四氟乙烯阀板结构。阀板覆盖在平圆盘外侧的排气孔上,并由另一侧的不锈钢挡板定位,此阀板随入口真空度的变化而改变其弯曲程度,使得泵送介质在达到入口真空度时即可排出泵外。该结构避免了真空系统中的过压缩,可以自动调整排气面积降低能量的消耗,从而达到最佳的运行效率。
