Material and galvanization process.
1. Material of the substrate.
– Standard: Q235B carbon structural steel, offers good value for money and is easy to weld and process.
– Heavy load scenarios: Q355B low alloy high-strength steel, offering even greater strength, suitable for large support structures and steel structures.
2. Galvanization process.
– Hot-dip galvanizing: The recommended thickness of the zinc layer is 85–120μm. It is resistant to high temperatures, ultraviolet radiation, and salt fog, with an outdoor lifespan of up to 20–30 years.
