1. Base material.
Commonly used materials are carbon structural steels such as Q235B and Q355B, which ensure both strength and weldability.
2. Forming Process
The steel belt is shaped through cold bending and high-frequency welding to create a rectangular tube billet. The weld seam is full and the dimensional accuracy is high.
3. Galvanization process.
The steel pipes are treated using hot-dip galvanizing, whereby the entire pipe is submerged in zinc solution, resulting in a uniform, dense, and highly adhesive zinc coating. This process offers significantly better corrosion protection compared to cold-dip galvanizing/painting.
