A fence refers to the measures taken to separate the construction site from the external environment, creating a relatively enclosed space for the construction site. These measures include fences made of various masonry materials and maintenance bodies composed of various formed panels. Continuous and sealed fences should be set around the construction site of construction projects as per regulations; for multi-story and high-rise buildings, safety protection facilities should also be provided. The height of fences set on main roads in urban areas, scenic roads, airports, docks, and station squares should not be lower than 2.5 meters, while the height of fences set on other roads should not be lower than 1.8 meters. 2. The materials used for fences should ensure that the fences are stable, clean, and attractive. For municipal engineering project sites, fences can be set up section by section according to the progress of the project or use unified continuous guardrail facilities as per regulations. Construction units are not allowed to stack construction materials, garbage, and construction waste outside the site fences. In areas approved for temporary occupation, construction materials or machinery and equipment should be stored, unloaded, and piled up strictly within the approved occupation area and according to the approved usage nature. Fences around the temporary areas should be set at a height of more than 1 meter. 3. In conditions permitting, prominent publicity slogans reflecting the enterprise spirit and the characteristics of the times can be hung on the surrounding walls, dormitory walls, etc. of the construction site. 

The base of the fence is constructed with M10 cement mortar and MU10 shale bricks, forming a 0.5*0.5 meter foundation to enhance the wind resistance stability of the fence. The PVC fence is set at a height of 2.5 meters and a width of 3 meters per panel. The construction of the fence is beautified by spraying the company name, safety, quality, civilized construction slogans, as well as commercial advertisements for the development project. It is strictly prohibited to paste or write garbage advertisements. 

The fence construction is completed. The joints between the boards are smooth and straight. The straight lines should be on a single straight line; there should be no gaps between the boards, meaning that the construction inside the site should not be visible from outside. Red lights are set along the fence line or safety reflective cones are placed at intervals to provide warning at night. 

Its components include: backboard, upright column, horizontal pipe, inner lining of upright column, inner lining of horizontal pipe, flange plate. The specifications are as follows: backboard 28.5×22mm PVC fastening plate; upright column 120×120 PVC pipe, horizontal pipe 50×80 PVC pipe, inner lining of upright column 100×100×1.5 steel pipe, inner lining of horizontal pipe 40×40×1.0 steel pipe, flange plate 100×150×6mm. The bottom of the upright column steel pipe is welded with the flange plate. The common specification is 2.5×3.0m.

围墙是指为了将建设施工现场与外部环境隔离开来，使施工现场成为一个相对封闭的空间所采取的措施，包括采用各种砌体材料砌筑的围墙、采用各种成型板材构成的维护体等。建设工程工地四周应按规定设置连续、密闭的围栏;建造多层、高层建筑的还应设置安全防护设施。在市区主要路段和市容景观道路及机场、码头、车站广场设置的围栏其高度不得低于2.5m，在其他路段设置的围栏，其高度不得低于1.8m。2.围档使用的材料应保证围栏稳固、整洁、美观。市政工程项目工地，可按工程进度分段设置围栏或按规定使用统一的连续性护栏设施。施工单位不得在工地围栏外堆放建筑材料、垃圾和工程渣土。在经批准临时占用的区域，应严格按批准的占地范围和使用性质存放、堆卸建筑材料或机具设备，临时区域四周应设置高于1m的围栏。3.在有条件的工地时，四周围墙、宿舍外墙等地方，可以张挂书写反映企业精神、时代风貌的醒目宣传标语。

  围墙基脚采用M10水泥砂浆砌筑MU10页岩砖砖砌0.5*0.5的基础，用于增强围档抗风稳定性;pvc围挡设2.5米高，宽3米为一板。施工围档做美化处理，喷涂企业名称、安全、质量、文明施工用语及开发项目商业广告，严禁张贴、涂写垃圾广告。

  围墙施工完毕，板与板之间衔接平顺，直线要在一条直线上;板与板不得留有缝隙，即在场外不能看见场内施工。围档沿线设置红灯或者隔段用安全反光锥用于夜间警示。

  其组成部分有：篮板、立柱、横管、立柱内衬、横管内衬、法兰盘。其规格分别为：篮板28.5×22mmPVC扣板;立柱120×120PVC管，横管50×80PVC管，立柱内衬100×100×1.5钢管，横管内衬40×40×1.0钢管，法兰盘100×150×6mm。立柱钢管底部焊接法兰盘，常用规格为2.5×3.0m。
