Overview

The Rotz water-ring pump vacuum unit is a complete set of vacuum acquisition equipment that consists of a Rotz vacuum pump as the main pump and an intermediate pump, with a water-ring vacuum pump as the pre-stage pump.

The DVBL multi-stage Rotz liquid-ring vacuum unit is generally composed of a liquid-ring vacuum pump and one or more Rotz vacuum pumps. Some may also add an atmospheric ejector. It can achieve a higher pumping rate and higher vacuum degree than a single-stage liquid-ring pump.

The DVBL Rotz liquid-ring vacuum unit is particularly suitable for processing mixed gases with a large volume and containing some humid gases, especially when the medium is corrosive or some compatible mixture with the sealant.

The DVBL Rotz liquid-ring vacuum unit is particularly suitable for applications involving condensable vapors or those containing liquids. The sealing liquid of the liquid-ring pump’s seal has a cooling effect on condensable vapors, which can increase the pumping rate of the pump. In most cases, with the assistance of condensation equipment, the emission of condensable vapors can be eliminated.

     DVBL多级罗茨液环真空机组一般由液环真空泵和一台或多台罗茨真空泵组成，有的也会再增加大气喷射器。它可以比单级液环泵获得更高的抽气速率和更高的真空度。
     DVBL罗茨液环真空机组特别适合于在较高真空度条件下处理较大气量的，并含有部分潮湿气体的混合气体，尤其是当介质是有腐蚀性的或是些与密封剂相容的混合物。
     DVBL罗茨液环真空机组特别适用于涉及含有可凝蒸汽或夹带有液体的应用中，液环泵的密封液对可凝性蒸汽的冷凝作用能提高泵的抽气速率，在大多数情况下辅以冷凝设备能消除可凝性蒸汽的排放。

Market Application

The vacuum performance of the DVBL Rots water-ring vacuum unit

The Rots water-ring vacuum pump unit is composed of one water-ring pump and one or several Rots vacuum pumps connected in series. Generally, the limit pressure of a two-stage unit consisting of one Rots vacuum pump and one water-ring vacuum pump is only about 400 pa. If two Rots vacuum pumps are connected in series with one water-ring vacuum pump, the limit pressure of the unit can reach about 25 pa. If another Rots vacuum pump is added, the limit pressure of the unit can be even higher, reaching below 1 pa. Therefore, users can correctly select the number of stages of the unit according to different usage requirements.

Generally, it is recommended that the actual working pressure (vacuum) of the selected unit should be as close as possible to the optimal working range of the unit, that is, the maximum suction speed range of the unit.

DVBL罗茨液环真空机组的真空性能
       罗茨水环真空泵机组，是由一台水环泵与一台或几台罗茨真空泵串联而成，一般一台罗茨真空泵与一台水环真空泵串联而成的二级机组的极限压力仅为400pa 左右，如果采用二台罗茨真空泵串联一台水环真空泵则机组的极限压力可达到25pa左右，如再增加一台罗茨真空泵则机组的极限压力可更高，将达到1 pa以下。因而，用户可根据不同的使用要求来正确选择机组的级数。
一般建议，用户选用的机组的实际工作压力（真空）最好选择在机组的最佳工作范围内即机组的最大抽速范围。
