The DVBL vacuum unit not only shares some characteristics of ordinary Roots vacuum pump units, but also, due to the adoption of a water ring vacuum pump as the pre-stage pump, it is particularly suitable for extracting industrial processes that contain a large amount of water vapor and gases with certain corrosiveness and condensability. For example, vacuum distillation, vacuum drying, vacuum concentration, vacuum evaporation, dehydration crystallization and other processes can all be carried out using this type of vacuum unit.

The vacuum performance of the DVBL Rots water-ring vacuum unit
The Rots water-ring vacuum pump unit is composed of one water-ring pump and one or several Rots vacuum pumps connected in series. Generally, the limit pressure of a two-stage unit consisting of one Rots vacuum pump and one water-ring vacuum pump is only about 400 pa. If two Rots vacuum pumps are connected in series with one water-ring vacuum pump, the limit pressure of the unit can reach about 25 pa. If another Rots vacuum pump is added, the limit pressure of the unit can be even higher, reaching below 1 pa. Therefore, users can correctly select the number of stages of the unit according to different usage requirements.
Generally, it is recommended that the actual working pressure (vacuum) of the selected unit should be as close as possible to the optimal working range of the unit, that is, the maximum suction speed range of the unit.

DVBL罗茨液环真空机组的真空性能
罗茨水环真空泵机组,是由一台水环泵与一台或几台罗茨真空泵串联而成,一般一台罗茨真空泵与一台水环真空泵串联而成的二级机组的极限压力仅为400pa 左右,如果采用二台罗茨真空泵串联一台水环真空泵则机组的极限压力可达到25pa左右,如再增加一台罗茨真空泵则机组的极限压力可更高,将达到1 pa以下。因而,用户可根据不同的使用要求来正确选择机组的级数。
一般建议,用户选用的机组的实际工作压力(真空)最好选择在机组的最佳工作范围内即机组的最大抽速范围。
