Working principle: The most basic closed-loop system of the liquid ring vacuum pump is shown in the figure The extracted gas enters the liquid ring vacuum pump through the suction port, is compressed by the liquid ring vacuum pump, and together with some working liquid enters the gas-liquid separator. In the gas-liquid separator, the gas and liquid phases are separated. The gas is discharged from the exhaust port, and the working liquid is drawn into the liquid ring pump through the heat exchanger for recycling.
